This Delta Robot with Ezi-SERVOII EtherCAT 3-axis control offers a 360 mm working space diameter, ±0.5 mm repeatability, and a 5 kg payload. With speeds up to 3 m/s and acceleration of 60 m/s², it’s ideal for high-dynamic operations.

The EtherCAT-based controller supports CiA 402 Drive Profile. Thanks to closed-loop technology, no gain tuning is required. Its compact design minimizes wiring and saves space. Integration via Modbus TCP, digital I/Os, and CANopen is supported.
