The Zimmer GEP2013IO‑00‑B offers a 13 mm stroke per jaw and up to 360 N gripping force in a compact 0.54 kg design. Its brushless DC motor, helical worm gear and self‑locking mechanism ensure high durability and secure retention even during power loss. The cross‑roller guided jaws provide precise, low‑friction movement, and the adjustable gripping force allows safe handling of sensitive or varied components.

Integration is easy using standard digital I/O control, with magnetic‑field sensors for position monitoring and removable centering sleeves for quick finger alignment. Mounting is possible from multiple sides, and the unit is certified for cleanroom use (IP40).
